Do you sell branded drugs?

We sell both branded and generic drugs.

Do you sell FDA-approved drugs?

Yes, all our products are FDA-approved.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, find the drug you need, click the “Buy now” button. Then choose the amount of tablets you want to buy and click the “Checkout” button. Fill out the order form, check all the fields and click on the “Submit order” button. If the order is accepted by BM Pharmacy, you will see the notification on the screen right away. Then check your email box, you should find there an order confirmation message.

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently ship drugs using 2 shipping methods. EMS (trackable courier service) usually takes 5 – 9 days (max. 14 days). The orders sent by EMS can be tracked online. Regular Airmail service takes 14 – 21 days (max. 30 days). The packages sent by this postal service are NOT trackable.

How much is shipping?

The shipping rates may vary depending on the delivery method you choose ($10 or $30)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most worldwide countries.

Can you guarantee confidentiality?

We guarantee 100% anonymity when you place an order on our website. We ship drugs in opaque packages without any inscriptions about the contents on the package.

What if the package arrives damaged, with wrong contents or something is missing?

Such cases occur extremely rarely. In this case, you should contact us immediately. We will either reship the drugs or give you a refund. Please keep in mind that large orders can be sent in several packages.

How much is reshipment in this case?

We will reship the drugs free of charge.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

This happens rarely. In this case, you will be informed additionally. Most likely they will ask you to come and give a permission to examine the parcel. After that you will receive your order. If you have any problems at customs, please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.

What if I did not receive the order within the promised period?

If the order has not arrived during the specified period, contact us and we will offer you a refund or order reshipment.

Can I cancel the order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment you’ve placed it (unless it has been shipped already).

Can I check the order status?

You can track your order if you have opted for the EMS shipping option. In this case, you check the order status through the «Order Status» option on our website.
